Our website, gpointhair.gr, is informational. It has no contact form, user account or online appointment booking, and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Appointments are arranged exclusively by telephone. We do not keep a customer database, and we do not record telephone calls. The telephone number used to call us is not stored by us once the call has ended.

As is technically customary for every website, our hosting provider may log basic connection details, such as an IP address and the date or time of access, to keep the server secure and operating properly. We do not access these details or use them for any other purpose.

Where any minimal technical processing takes place, for example by the hosting provider, it is based on our legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website.

We do not transfer personal data to third parties, other than the website hosting provider, which processes the minimal technical connection details described above solely on our behalf.

We do not retain customer data. Technical server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a short period in accordance with its security policy.
